Terms & Conditions of Use and Sale (CGU/CGV)

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Simankacure, a French micro-entrepreneur business (auto-entrepreneur) registered under SIRET number 98521273700011, with its registered office at 8 Place Sainte Opportune, Paris 75001, and managed by Beri Simanka Yenwo Molo.

By booking an appointment via the website www.simankacure.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions
"Client": any individual booking services from Simankacure.
"Service": manicure and pedicure services exclusively for natural nails, either in-studio or via private visit.
"Private Appointment": a home or hotel-based service arranged following a consultation form.
"Booking Platform": the online appointment system used (Acuity, integrated with Stripe for payment capture).

2. Services Offered
Simankacure offers high-end manicure and pedicure services for natural nails only. Services do not include the removal of acrylic, resin, gel-x, or other artificial nail enhancements. Clients presenting these materials may be refused treatment, and the full appointment fee will still apply.

3. Booking & Consultation
All appointments are booked exclusively online via www.simankacure.com using Acuity. For private services, a pre-consultation form must be completed accurately to include location, allergies, and health details. Simankacure reserves the right to decline services based on consultation details.

4. Pricing & Payments
Prices are stated in euros. Simankacure accepts payment via SumUp (card) or cash after the appointment. No fees are charged at booking; however, card details are securely stored via Stripe.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so or failure to attend the appointment will result in a charge equal to the full service fee. Charges are applied to the card on file.

6. Private Services & Client Responsibility
Clients booking private visits must provide a safe, clean, and suitable environment with access to electricity, seating, and clean towels. Simankacure reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are not met.

7. Data Protection
Client data is managed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property
All content and branding on www.simankacure.com is the intellectual property of Simankacure. No content may be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

9. Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under French law. Any dispute may be brought before the competent French courts, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
